India's thrift and preloved-fashion marketplace — verified curators, in-app checkout and pan-India shipping, in place of buying through Instagram DMs.
The problem
Thrift selling in India happens in Instagram comments and DMs. Sellers lose orders in their inbox, buyers pay strangers by UPI with no recourse, and nothing is searchable. The category had demand and no infrastructure.
What we decided
- One design system across four surfaces, so a seller who learns the dashboard already knows the app.
- Server-rendered product and curator pages, because a marketplace that cannot be found in search is a marketplace with one acquisition channel.
- Curator verification and in-app payments first — trust is the product, not a feature of it.

Buyer web app
React + Vite with a Node server-rendering layer, so every product, curator and category page is real HTML for a crawler. Carries the SEO, AEO and GEO system: structured data, an IndexNow ping on publish, a Google Merchant Center feed and a plain-text site summary for AI answer engines.

Buyer mobile app
React Native, iOS and Android from one codebase. Push notifications with deep links straight to a product or a drop, offline-tolerant lists and a native-feeling glass tab bar.

Seller dashboard
Where curators list stock, price it, schedule timed drops, and book India Post shipments with printed labels — bulk labels included.

Curator verification, catalogue moderation, order and payout oversight for the team running the marketplace.
