The problem
A small seller shipping fifty parcels a month cannot get a contract rate from a private courier and loses an afternoon at the post office counter. The contractual India Post tariff already exists — almost nobody outside a contract holder can reach it.
What we decided
- Publish the whole rate card. The proposition is a price you can check, so hiding it behind a signup would have removed the reason to trust it.
- Say what the product does and no more: you still hand the parcel in at a post office. Copy that implied doorstep pickup would have set up the expectation people cancel accounts over.
- Quote every price GST-inclusive, exactly as the contractual card is written, so the number on the site is the number on the bill.
